    As you can see from the attached screenshot, I have the Bulk Delete plugin installed and activated, but when I attempt to activate the Deleting Posts by Duplicate Title addon, I receive this warning message and the addon is deactivated. What is the problem that is keeping the addon from working correctly? I have an unlimited license and have tried on this addon with two different WordPress websites and received the same error on both. I am running WordPress Version 4.6.1 and Genesis Version 2.3.1

    Hello Colby,

    You are trying to activate the “Scheduler for deleting Posts by Duplicate Title” addon.

    This addon needs both the “Bulk Delete Posts by Duplicate Title” add-on and the Bulk Delete plugin. Looks like you don’t have the “Bulk Delete Posts by Duplicate Title” addon which is causing this issue.

    I paid for and received the addon file bulk-delete-scheduler-for-deleting-posts-by-duplicate-title-0.6.zip. It is the one that is not working. If I need to buy another addon in order to get this addon file working then just cancel my order and refund the money. I’m not going to pay another $80 on top of the $42 that you already collected.

    Hello Colby,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    The one that you bought is the scheduler add-on and as I said before you also need the “Bulk Delete Posts by Duplicate Title” for it to work.

    We are currently working on simplifying the entire add-on purchase model. Meanwhile, I have gone ahead and added the “Bulk Delete Posts by Duplicate Title” add-on to your order for free of cost. You should have received an email with the link to download the add-on and the license key. Please install and activate both the add-ons and you should be good to go.
