Hello Nate,

Please let us know the following details so that we can help you fix the issue.

  • By which module are you trying to delete posts? I am assuming that you are using “Bulk Delete Posts by Title” module, since that is the addon that you bought. So let us know if that is the case.
  • What are the options that you selected in that page. If possible also send a screenshot before you clicked the “Bulk Delete” button.
  • Your system info. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info page.
