WooCommerce Products are stored as custom post types in WordPress. So yes, you will be able to delete them using our addons that allow you to delete posts based on post type.
We are also thinking of creating a WooCommerce specific addon. If there is enough interest then we may create a WooCommerce specific addon as well.
