Hello Steven,

Looks like there is some JavaScript error caused by another plugin in your WordPress admin page.

Please provide me the following details so that I can help you to debug it.

1) Your System Information. You can find it under Bulk WP -> System Info.
2) Screenshot with JavaScript console open in Chrome. You can open up JavaScript console by going to view -> Developer -> JavaScript console in Google Chrome.
