Bulk delete does not delete

    Hi there,
    I have 10,000 spam users that I want to delete.
    I installed Bulk delete. It go into timeout page while trying to delete those users.

    So I bought the premium version and use the repeat option, thinking that if it will try to delete every hour, it last all users will gone away.

    No users were deleted 🙁

    Hello Rimon,

    Please give me the following details so that I can try to debug the issue.

    • Based on what criteria are you trying to delete users?
    • What is the batch size that you are using?
    • What is the total amount of memory that is available to WordPress?
    • Your system information. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info menu
