I just purchased this add-on. I’m trying to set the time for it to delete a custom post type, the little slider for the hour doesn’t work, and if I type in the hour (HH) it just changes it back to HH when I click out of the box.

Can you please send me the screenshot of the slider when it is not working and also the screenshot of the JavaScript console of your browser on that page?
I guess there is some JavaScript error happening in that page because of some other plugin.

This is the first time I am seeing this issue. Not really sure what is causing this.
Would it be possible for you to give me access to your server for me to debug this?

I copied the site to the staging version and deactivated plugins until it worked. Sorry I didn’t do that before asking for assistance.
The plugin that is causing the problem is a custom plugin created by a previous manager of the site I think it is designed poorly and that the error has nothing to do with your plugin.
Thanks for your assistance but I think I just need to get rid that plaugin.
