    Hi

    I’ve just purchased the Trash Addon to delete over 17000 posts in my trash. However, after installing and activating the plugin, the “bulk-delete-posts” page doesn’t work anymore. It worked before. I am getting a 500 error.

    Do you know why this could happen?

    Hello,

    Apologies for the issue that you are facing.

    Looking at the system info, I am not seeing anything abnormal.

    Any idea what is the exact error that you are having? You should be able to see it in the php error log.

    I am guessing a timeout.. It is not a PHP error, the page is 500, internal server error. It doesn’t even get served.
