Quan trắc môi trường lao động là hoạt động đo đạc, đánh giá các yếu tố nguy hại trong nơi làm việc như tiếng ồn, bụi, hóa chất, vi khí hậu, ánh sáng... nhằm bảo đảm điều kiện làm việc an toàn, sức khỏe cho người lao động. Dịch vụ quan trắc được thực hiện định kỳ theo quy định của Thông tư 19/2011/TT-BYT và các tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam (TCVN).
