Hello Thomas,
Can you please post your system information?
You can find it at Bulk WP -> System info. Save it to a text file and attach it here.

In WordPress all users should belong to at least one user role, unless they were directly inserted into the db.
So my plugin currently only allows you to delete users who belong to a user role.
Ability to delete users who don’t belong to any user role is something that I am working on. Is that feature very important for you?

It should be available under Bulk WP -> Bulk Delete Users menu.
Would it be possible for you to give us access to your server? Please “Set your reply as private” when you send the credentials so that only both of us can view it.

Hello Vera,
Once you have purchashed the addon you will be able to install the addon directly from the WordPress admin UI instead of messing around with FTP.
Please see this guide that explains how to install the addon directly from the WordPress admin. http://bulkwp.com/docs/installing-addon/
Let me know if you still have any more questions regarding this.

Yeah it is way behind.
Apart from functionality issues, you are also going to be facing security issues.
There were lot of security fixes that happened after that release.

Hello Cam,
I checked your website and it looks like you are using a really old version of WordPress.
You are using a version that was released more than 4 years ago and there have been at least 10 major versions released after that.
Since it is a very old version of WordPress, I am pretty sure most plugins will not work properly on it.
Is there any specific reason why you have not updated your WordPress installation?

Hello,
I think there is some JavaScript error happening because of other plugins in your admin page which is preventing our JavaScript from running.
Can you please check the browser JavaScript console to see if there are any JavaScript errors?

Hello Igor,
Yes it is possible to run the schedule once a year.
You have to follow these steps
- Install and activate wp-crontrol plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
- Go to Settings -> Cron Schedules
- Create a new schedule with the interval 31536000 seconds ( 60 * 60 * 24 * 365 )
- While selecting the schedule during deletion, select this schedule and it will run once every year
Let me know if you still have any questions.

Hello Cam,
I just checked deleting posts from a custom post type and they were moved to trash properly.
Can you please tell me which plugin are you using to create the posts from this ‘job’ custom post type?

Hello Shafiq,
Thanks for the explanation.
Yes, enabling wp-cron could have performance issue in sites with heavy traffic. Unfortunately it is something that is beyond the control of our plugin.
Our plugin currently requires wp-cron to work. We are working on a way to schedule deletion using unix cron, but that is not released yet.
I will let you know once we add support for unix cron.
