Hello Cam,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this.
Are you still facing this issue? I just checked the logic that handles the deletion based on post created date and it seems to be working properly.
Let me know if you are still facing this issue.

Hello Steven,
I just found that you have already deleted the unwanted tags and reduced the count to just around 40.
This has fixed the issue that you were facing earlier and all the components of Bulk Delete are loading properly now.
Please try it again and let me know if you face any other issues.

Hello Steven,
Thanks for giving me access to your server. I found the reason why the addon is not working properly in your server.
There are different modules in my plugin and one of the module displays all the tags in your site. You have around 40,000 tags in your site and when Bulk Delete tries to display all the tags the server times out and the page is not fully loaded. Since the page is not fully loaded, the JavaScript that enables the addon is not able to load.
Just give me a day and I will modify my plugin so that it doesn’t load all the tags when that module is not enabled. This should fix the issue that you are currently facing.

Hello Steven,
Thanks for the screenshots. I need the screenshot of the JavaScript console to see if there are any JavaScript errors.
To view the JavaScript errors, we have to open up JavaScript console. In Google chrome we can do it by going to the menu view -> Developer -> JavaScript Console.
Alternatively you can also share the username and password for your WordPress site and I can check it myself.

Hello Steven,
I have posted the system info as requested however …FYI – there is no “Bulk Delete Admin Page” identified. I do have
My apologies. I meant any Bulk Delete page that is displayed in WordPress admin. Since you are having issue with deleting posts, please post the screenshot of the Bulk WP -> Delete Posts page, with Google Console open. That way I would be able to find out if there are any JavaScript errors that are caused by other plugins.
Noticed you were/are an original developer of the product. Damn cool. Love the layout and functionality. Props
Yes, I am and I am very glad that you like the plugin. Thanks 🙂

As I requested in the previous reply, please post the screenshot of Bulk Delete admin page with the console enabled in Google Chrome.

Hello Steven,
I think there is some JavaScript error that is caused by some other plugin that is preventing the addons JavaScript from executing.
Please post the screenshot of Bulk Delete admin page with the console enabled in Google Chrome. Also please post your system info. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info.

Hello Cam,
Usually the date on which the post was published would be used for this.
But if that post type was created by another plugin, then they may try to override the db query which might affect this filter.
Please let me know the post type from which you want to delete the posts and also the name of the plugin that creates these posts.
Also attach the System info for your installation. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info.
