Thanks. Please give me access to your WordPress admin console as well.
Also what is the criteria you are using to delete posts?
-
I have run out of ideas. The only suspect now is that your server may be running out of memory.
Kindly give me access to your server and I will have a detailed look at it.

Okay leaves only plugin incompatibility. Kindly go to Bulk Delete -> System Info and save the system info to a file and then attach it.
Make sure you mark the reply as private so that it is not visible to others.

Is WP Cron disabled in your wp-config.php file?
Search your wp-config.php file for the following string
WP_CRON
and post all lines that match it. -
Are you able to delete the posts manually without scheduling?
Also are there any errors in your PHP error log?

No. All licenses are valid for a year. After that you can renew the license at 30% discount.
An active license is required for getting updates and getting support. But your addon will continue to work even after the license expires.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hello Andrew,
In “Delete Posts by Custom Field” addon the key refers to the name of the custom field and value refers to the value of the custom field. You can use the operator drop down to do different customizations.
Should this be the slug for custom taxonomy?
Did you mean custom field in the above statement?

Hello Eric,
I was able to replicate the issue and have fixed it and released v0.2 of the addon with the fix.
If you have already activated the addon using the license key that you got during the purchase, then you will be able to update the addon directly from the WordPress admin page. If not then you can download the latest version of the addon from your accounts page at http://bulkwp.com/account.

Hello Eric,
No, your understanding is correct. It is supposed to show all the posts that are in the trash.
I guess there are some corner cases where this is not happening. I am currently looking into the issue to see why this happens.
Will update this post again once I figure out what is happening.

I have only two logical explanations to this. One is that your server timezone and WordPress timezone might be different. Or the other reason might be that your MySQL server is very underpowered and it might have taken it a while to complete the execution.
Again these are just speculations and even I am not sure what really happened 🙂 But I am glad that your issue is fixed now.
In case you face this issue again do let me know and I will have a deeper look into it.

That’s really strange, even I am not sure what is happening. Do you have any other plugin active that either deals with deleting posts or handles trash?
Also, would it be possible for you to give me access to your server so that I can have a look at it?
PS: When you post your credentials or any other sensitive information, make sure that you have selected the private reply option, so that it is visible only to you and me.

I have released v5.2 of the plugin which has the ability to delete users in batches. Try it out and let me know if you are still facing any issues.
