    I found the emails you referred to in my spam folder.

    Sorry about that. I tried my best by using MailChimp to send those emails so that they won’t end up in spam. Anyways kindly add the email address “support@bulkwp.com” to your contact list so that you don’t miss out those emails.

    Yeah, the coupon codes have expired. I have generated new ones only for you and have sent them via email. They will expire by 6th July. So kindly use them before that.

    @Jeff,

    What is the version of addons that you are currently using? The addon versions should be v0.5 or above.

    If not, then check the email with the subject “Important information regarding Bulk Delete Addon” that I sent on June 9th which has instructions and discount code to get v0.5 of the addons.

    I have added the ability to delete users in batch and will release it as part of v5.2 of the base Bulk Delete plugin in about a week. Unfortunately the change had to be made in the plugin and not in the addon as I previously thought.

    If you can wait for a week till I make the release, then you can automatically update from your WordPress admin site. If you need this feature right away, then you pick up the changes from this commit https://github.com/sudar/bulk-delete/commit/2588fd889e60e8e9a369f62b7e38524359099bec

    Actually I released the plugin before the addon. But for some reason WordPress didn’t pick up the update for the plugin. Anyways, I am glad it is fixed now.

    Also I have one else question – after registering my license for addon it write to me that license expires after one year. I thought that after purchasing your software I’ll get lifetime updates. Am I right or after expiring I’ll be able to renew it for free?

    The license expires after a year, but you will still be able to use the addon. But if you need updates then you have to renew the license. Right now I am planning to provide 30% discount for renewing licenses.

    Since the number of users to be deleted is huge your server is running out of memory and the process is not able to complete.

    If it is possible, try to increase the amount of memory that is allocated to PHP in your server.

    Give me a day and I will modify the addon so that you can delete users in batches. This will allow you to schedule the deletion in batches and the process should complete even with low memory allocated to users.

    I just found that if you are using PHP version less than 5.3 there was some problem. I just fixed it in and released v5.1 of the plugin.

    Kindly try the latest version of the Bulk Delete plugin and let me know if you are still facing issue with this.

    I was able to replicate this in PHP version less than 5.3.

    I have fixed it and released v5.1 of my plugin with the fix. Kindly update it to the latest version and let me know if you are still facing this issue.

    Can you let me know what is the version of PHP that is running on your server? I guess this is happening because your PHP version is less than v5.3

    Anyways I am working on a fix and will release it in a couple of hours.

    I have found the reason why the v0.5 of the addon is not working. You seem to have bought the “Scheduler for deleting posts by post type” addon, instead of “Scheduler for deleting posts by status” addon.

    I have added the addon to your purchase and has resent the receipts. Download the “Scheduler for deleting posts by status” addon and upload it to your WordPress installation and activate it and everything should work.

    If it is still not working, then send me a screenshot of the page so that I can help you debug it.

    Hello Gary,

    the unlimited liscense which was suppose to be for all to update though the license say only good for 2 weeks,

    It is not the license, but the discount code to get the new addon that is valid for 2 weeks.

    If you are using v4.4.3 or less of the main Bulk Delete plugin, then you can use v0.2 of the addon. If you are using v5.0 or above of the main Bulk Delete plugin, then you have to use v0.5 of the addon.

    The attachment you have is v0.2 of the addon, so are you using v4.4.3 of the main Bulk Delete plugin? Can you confirm this?

    Also can you tell me what you mean by it is not working? Is it showing an error?

    Also kindly post a screenshot.

    It seems you have updated only the addon. You should also update the Bulk Delete plugin to v5.0

    Update the Bulk Delete plugin to v5.0 and let me know if you are still facing this issue.
