Hello Darlei,
I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are facing.
Is the Bulk Delete plugin active? Also are you seeing any error when you activate the plugin?
-
Hello Richard,
This feature is not released yet.
We have developed the feature and it is currently in QA. We will be releasing it in a week or so.
I will post an update here when I make a release.

Hello Manuel,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
I have modified your order and have removed the old add-on and added the add-on that you wanted.
I have sent a new email to you which has the links to download the add-on and also the new license key.
Please let me know if anything else needs to be done for the order.

Hello Alexander,
Right now our plugin only allows you to delete posts based on some criteria and doesn’t support prevention of post creation.
We can however try to create it as a custom solution for you if you are interested.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
We will try to replicate the issue again in our side.
Meanwhile can you let us know how is the custom post type created? Is it created by a plugin or through custom code?
Some plugins try to override the query that is used for the custom post type that they create which might cause this issue as well.
Also is it possible to get access to your site to debug this further?

Hello Harry,
The posts in ‘ignored’ are internally managed based on custom post status (not category).
Right now it is not possible do delete only them. But we are working on adding support for deleting posts based on custom post status.
You can track the progress here https://github.com/sudar/bulk-delete/issues/108
I will update this thread once we have implemented it.

Hello Yan,
We tried to replicate the issue and we are not able to.
Can you please also post a screenshot of the All Posts page with the published date before and after deletion?

Please share your login details as a private message.
I will look into it to see what could be causing it.

Hello,
Apologies for the issue that you are facing.
Looking at the system info, I am not seeing anything abnormal.
Any idea what is the exact error that you are having? You should be able to see it in the php error log.

Hello Krista,
Since you renewed the license after it expired, we had to manually enable the license. That’s why it was showing as expired yesterday.
I have now enabled it and it is active now. The new renew date would be Aug 3rd, 2018.
-
Yes. It will be part of the license that you have already purchased.
You should be able to update the add-on directly from WordPress admin once you have activated the license when the update is available.

Hello Rob,
We are currently working on that feature and it would be part of the next release.
The next release will happen in about 3-4 weeks.

Hello Chris,
You can delete users based on logged-in date by going to the Bulk Delete users page available in the Bulk WP -> Bulk Delete Users menu.
You can use the ‘Delete By User Role’ module and then select the user role and other values for the filter.
But please note that the major requirement for deleting users by logged-in date is that you have the free Simple Login Log plugin active in the site for the duration that you want to delete the users for (in your case 2 years).
This is because WordPress has no built-in way to record when the user last logged-in and my plugin uses the data captured by Simple Login Log plugin to do that.

Hello Klaus,
When a post is deleted, the images are not deleted since they may be attached to other posts.
We have an add-on called Bulk Delete attachments available at http://bulkwp.com/addons/bulk-delete-attachments/ that can be used to delete images that are no longer attached to any post.
Right now it is not possible to delete users by just the user id. This feature is in our todo list.
We can also take it up as a custom developed feature for you if you are interested.
