    Hello Chad,

    I just checked our license server and it says that your license key has already been activated in the site https://listahomeforsale.com

    If you are still facing issues with the above site, then I can remove the site and you can try it again.

    Sorry, I am not able to figure out why it is not working. I would need access to your server, DB etc to debug it further since I don’t see any obvious issues.

    You may have to hire someone to fix it for you.

    Hello Chad,

    This usually happens if there was any network issue in connecting to our license server to activate the license.

    Is your WordPress installation behind a firewall or is it an intranet site?

    If not give it one more try. If it still doesn’t work then please post your system info. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info

    Hello,

    Yeah that’s possible.

    You just have to create two separate jobs one for each value.

    In the first job select the custom field key and value as 7. Also choose the date based on that.

    Similarly in the second job choose 14 as the value and also for the days.

    If you select both user roles and filter criteria then only users who belong to that user role(s) and satisfy the criteria will be deleted.

    To delete users who have not logged in, you would need to have the simple login log plugin installed and activated.

    The login information is taken from Simple Login Log plugin’s login log. If you have installed the Simple Login Log plugin only recently then you may not have any login logs for normal users as well.

    Hello Meggan,

    Our plugin won’t give the total number of users it is going to delete in the popup, since it can only find it dynamically while deleting.

    The message that our plugin shows is just the following.

    Are you sure you want to delete all the users from the selected user role?

    Hello Meggan,

    The popup can be answered both by mouse and keyboard. It will continue even if you click the enter or space key in keyboard.

    Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve users. The only way to retrieve users is to get them back from backup.

    If you don’t have a backup then unfortunately there is no way to retrieve them back.

    Is the site from which you are trying to activate this add-on behind intranet or some kind of firewall?

    We would also need the system info to debug this issue. You can find the debug information at Bulk WP -> System Info menu in your WordPress installation.

    Please give me the following details so that I can try to debug the issue.

    • Based on what criteria are you trying to delete users?
    • What is the batch size that you are using?
    • What is the total amount of memory that is available to WordPress?
    • Your system information. You can get it from Bulk WP -> System Info menu

    Hello Karelle,

    You should be getting a 500 error page when your server runs out of memory. I am not sure why you are getting a 404.

    Would it be possible for you to give me access to your server, so that I can debug the issue?

    As I posted in another thread, using a different account to purchase the license key shouldn’t have any effect.

    Using the add-ons you will be able to schedule the deletion to repeat at any interval. So regarding your second question, once you buy the add-ons you will be able to schedule the deletion.

    Regarding your first question, the plugin is crashing because your server is running out of memory. Go to Bulk WP -> System Info and find out what is the total amount of memory in your server and what is the amount that is assigned to WordPress. Based on that information we will be able to tweak it so that the plugin is able to delete more posts at every iteration.
