I just purchased the Pro addon “Bulk Delete By User Role” but the license sent to me will not activate. Is it possible that the problem is my main “Bulk Delete” addon was purchased under a different account last year and this Pro add-on was purchased with a new account today?

As I posted in another thread, using a different account to purchase the license key shouldn’t have any effect.
Kindly let me know the exact error that you are facing and I will help you to fix it.
