Hello Shafiq,
The license key is still active. Kindly disable it so that we can process the refund. Also close the dispute with paypal that was opened wrongly.

Can you also let us know what is different in your setup and what is the exact issue that you are facing with the addon?
May be we will be able to give you a solution to your problem.

Hello Shafiq,
Thanks for closing the paypal dispute case.
Looks like you forgot to de-activate the license before disabling the plugin and that’s the reason why the license is still showing as active. I will see if we can de-activate it from here.
I have sent instructions to process your refund through paypal.
Meanwhile can you let us know what is different in your setup which makes it difficult for you to use our addon?

Hello Shafiq,
Thanks for the explanation.
Yes, enabling wp-cron could have performance issue in sites with heavy traffic. Unfortunately it is something that is beyond the control of our plugin.
Our plugin currently requires wp-cron to work. We are working on a way to schedule deletion using unix cron, but that is not released yet.
I will let you know once we add support for unix cron.
