Currently it is not possible to do it.
But we are working on adding this feature and will be making a release in about a week.

Hello John,
We just released v1.0.0 of the add-on that add the ability to use postfix and prefix for meta keys.
You should be able to automatically update the add-on directly from your WordPress admin.
Try the update and let us know if you still face any issues.
