I just purchased the delete by content addon. The plugin is installed, license is activated, and all shows well.
However, when I choose “Delete posts”, I still do not have an option to delete by content. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Kevin,
From the screenshot it looks like the page has not fully loaded yet. (I can see the message ‘processing request’ in the statusbar of your browser at the bottom left).
Give it some more time for the entire page to load.
If you are still facing this issue, then please give me credentials to your site so that I can try to debug the issue.

Here is one that shows fully loaded.
I have seen it load one time where i could choose content. Once I put in the criteria, I chose delete and it didn’t delete anything.

Even this page is not fully loaded. We have about 7-8 modules, but it looks like only 2 of them got loaded properly.
Do you have lot of categories or tags in your site? If yes, then it may cause the request to timeout.
Would it be possible for you to give me access to your site for me to debug this issue further?

I don’t mind giving you access. No tags or categories at all. It just has 120k articles on it…..which is why I needed Bulk delete by content. There was a specific lists of articles I wanted to remove.
